TYSON, Judge. The Grand Jury of Lee County, Alabama, charged the appellant with the first degree murder of his wife, Paula Joyce Brodka, by shooting her with a gun or rifle. The appellant entered pleas of not guilty, and not guilty by reason of insanity. The Jury found the appellant guilty of murder in the first degree, and fixed punishment at life imprisonment. The trial court then entered judgment in accordance with this verdict.
